Just a quick hypothetical question for everyone. Seeing the Bale rumours and what Ed002 has said, would you rather go for him at the huge fee being talked about, along with huge wages, or would you go for Reus, who is apparently available in the summer for about £20m, and offer him a deal that even Madrid couldn't match to convince him to sign? I know which I'd rather us try.

I'm thinking of using my Wild Card in the Prem Dream Team already, mainly because of the attacking talent we now have, it's such a rare treat these days to be able to pick Utd players not just out of some kind of messed up loyalty. The only problem I have is trying to second guess who is going to play and where, probably the exact same problem LVG has, but slightly bigger stakes on it, haha.
I hope we go for the jugular in games now rather than simply looking to counter the opposition. The eyes of the world will be on Utd this Sunday, let's hope it's a return of the entertainment at Old Trafford.

Rumour is that RVP might go back to Arsenal as he is unhappy for not being given the captaincy. Arsenal do need a striker with Giroud injured, 12m is the price quoted.

Afternoon lads, my post is regarding last week when Dennis Irwin said that there was to be a big announcement on his twitter account within 24-48 hours. I was out in town on Saturday night and bumped into Dennis in a favourite restaurant of mine, he walked into the toilet with three of his friends at which point I took my chance and asked him straight what it was all about. He laughed and said "do I look like I use Twitter mate, it is all Bullsh*t someone has made up that profile of me, I have nothing to do with it". we both laughed had a joke around and both proceeded to the bar, I apologised, bought him a beer and we had a picture together. Top bloke, not a fan of technology or fake rumours spread by 'himself'.

Shaw definitely, suits the role perfectly and has been 1st choice for LVG, even though he questioned his fitness I don't think this would stop him. With Shaws style of play you could expect some assists.

Also according to a few reports today, we are preparing a 63 million offer for Rodriguez. If we get Vidal and add a couple more highly desirable players I will get out the industrial size tub of swafega and rub myself all over with it. Shaw and herrera were targets before lvg but agreed by him. Now we may see who his targets are coming in. Vidal? Di maria/Rodriguez? Hummers? Loving this summer.
