Fans can critse ETH or back him, but what I'm seeing is a manager blaming all the injuries on our lack of consistency. He has continually played the same players, when every fan watched those players fail to work hard or implement his philosophy on the pitch. He picks the team each week, if players aren't working he should drop them no matter who they are or what they earn.

Ironically Antony had a slightly better game but the whole display was dross and chalk and cheese to Sheffield game, and that was limp.

Our squad is a mess. Injuries are a valid excuse. The question is whether he should or indeed could have a playing style that suits what's available to us. His preferred style of having a high press needs quick CBs that close the gaps to CM. We just don't have those available all year. The alternative is to try control the play with a deeper block but we don't have those players. I understand the criticism of ETH but I honestly don't think this squad can do much better. Then to me the argument about sacking him comes down to how much you blame him for recruitment. And on that I also have no idea how much to associate with him. I am clear that we need to gut the current squad and do a serious rebuild this summer.

No one is prepared to accept that EtH is actually over achieving this year. Even the mighty city looked vulnerable this season when Rodri was injured. We have had a ridiculous number of injuries this season and yes, it matters. Even martial being injured all season has it's impact, because we have no back up striker. Then Martinez and both left backs out all season has changed the way we can play. Hard slog to end of season now, even m tomknY is out with a knee injury now.

Could of used Wheatley Dodgy, one thing EtH has done well is introduce plenty of academy players to the first team and they have all done quite well.
If a new manager is coming in the summer, I think we all hope he continues that tradition as there are some talented players coming through at the moment.
