Lovely chap that mourinho. Publicly criticising the team doctor for doing her job.
Top bloke. I would love him here at united, what with his swashbuckling brand of football especially against the bigger clubs.

Agree7 Disagree0

It's disgusting that he made this a public issue. By all means address the issue internally, but to make it public is terrible.

Still I would rather doctors criticised openly than the players!

He's an odious, classless little man. Some thought he'd changed when he came back. They were wrong.

12 Aug 2015 14:58:39
he does that too

I'm sure the referee called the doctor on anyway. which was a rule brought in to stop play acting as it would temporarily disadvantage your team by removing the "injured" player from the pitch?? Mourinho can be an ass most of the time anyway.

I agree with all of your comments but I think you are missing the bigger picture here, for me Mourinho is doing what he does best and that is to take the spotlight, the pressure and all the press criticism ahead of a huge fixture for his players. Allowing them to prepare as best they possibly can. The red tops will fill their columns with this issue instead of heaping more pressure onto his players, wouldn't surprise me if she was back on match day duty in a couple of weeks.

Tot66 - I'd normally agree with this, but I don't think that's the case here. Nobody would be talking about Chelsea this week had he not piped up. They drew with a good Swansea and were down to 10 men. The players wouldn't be under any scrutiny from the media this week imo - he is just being a plum (possibly something to do with the appeal over the red but clutching at straws).

Jose Mourinho, is a fine football coah but he is a cheat and he teaches and ecourages his layers to cheat and I know this from talking to several ex players that played under him.
Tme wasting / feigning injury are 2 of his preferred methods of cheating and he has given players written documents instructing them how to time waste and cheat when they are ahead in games, he fell fowl of his own methods at the weekend.
Im afraid I lost all respect for the man when he came from behind villenova (ex barca manager) and poked him in the eye and ran away like the silly imature sneaky little tosspot that he is, he had not got the guts to stand and poke him in the eye face to face. He is a cheating little runt IMO.
Thjat said he gets his players to play for him and gets his team to win football matches, anybody who admires those cheating character traits in Jose are not football supportersIMO they are anti football.

Bang on TOT the guy is a mastermind .You watch i bet the doctor is back on the bench next week .Its mindgames the real reason he was upset is the ref stopped the game when hazard thought he had won a free kick on a counter attack.

To be vilified by your employer's publicly for putting a player's safety first and performing your duty as a doctor tells you everything you need to know about that club and their manager.

Disgusting.

Yes, in the microsecond that he had in which she rushed off to attend to hazard,he quickly made this ingenious plan as you suggested and threw a tantrum. There is a video showing it from a very good position. Later, he further worked upon the masterplan and blamed her in the media. Sheer genius.

12 Aug 2015 17:10:03
IMBS,

Don't recall saying that he planned it all on the spot, he had a tant because he didn't want to lose a man from the pitch for 15 seconds. If you look at the original post it is in regard to what has been done since then, not the original incident. Sorry I have upset you so much.

lol, no upsetting here mate. Its just that i find it astounding that even his mistakes or deficiencies are somehow seen as masterstrokes. Its called making excuses. Wenger does it all the time. He's never called a genius for it though.

If Hazard stopped rolling around on the player every-time he ran into an opponent maybe the medical staff wouldn't think he was injured and needed treatment. So glad Mourinho wasnt wanted, i will never forget his cowardly poke into Tito's eye the bloke is scum and i assume he expects the same level of dishonesty and lack of ethics from his players.
