Agreement has been reached with Ipswich for Sam Williams to take up his position with us as Head of Emerging Talent. He will take up his position in June.
The changes continue.

Based on what I have read this move seems to fit with what the club are looking to do and the structure they are looking to put in place. It will likely take a while to see the fruits of all this work but the club are ensuring we have the right people in place to improve the team now, as well as develop for the future.
Hopefully we will be looking at a brighter next few years.
