Based on the last 3 games.
I think people need to show ole some respect, if we had lost 5 0 to everyones guy in the suit it would be rife on here how ole was tactically outdone etc.
Ole has the basics right, he also has the values right, he may be lacking tactically and missing a few things but I firmly believe as the team grows stronger so will his decision making and tactical decisions.
I'm not saying he is the best man for the job right now but if he can learn from his mistakes and study the game when he loses he will be the best man for the job.
Quickly another thing, upamencano is a player i would not go anywhere near, over rated and relys on physically beating opponents, he has no football brain and positionally is covered by his team mates.

Have you missed some of the posts on here Big V? Because I think a lot of people, including myself, who are not his biggest fans have openly said how it was a great performance last night and how he got it spot on. That is most definitely paying him his dues and giving respect.

Against PSG and Leipzug we played very well. Let's not be quick to forget that Leipzig were good in possession and we had to work for the win aswell.
I for one had enough of Ole a couple of weeks back. i'm happy to be proved wrong. It's where we finished at the end of the season that counts. It's the strongest squad that Utd have had since the days of SAF.

Big V - Why wouldn't go near Upamecano, you are clearly basing your view of him based on Wednesday's game. The whole Leipzig team fell apart, but i guess it was all his fault? Clearly you haven't watched this kid, over the last 12-14 months. He is absolute quality and exactly what we need. Good in the air, great passer of the ball, strong and extremely quick and still very young. He has all the attributes to become a top class centre back and believe me if we don't get him he will be at one of the big european clubs at the end of this season, maybe even in January.

What I didn't like about him, was seeing him strolling back after losing possession in midfield. He should have been busting a gut to get back. I haven't seen enough of him to know if that was just a one off, or a regular thing.

Noucamp99 - The whole Leipzig team had already fallen apart by then. It's ridiculous to pick out one player for that kind of a performance.

It was one thing that I noticed that I commented on, Simo, so cool your jets. I said I'm not in a position to judge the player as I haven't seen enough of him. By all accounts he's a good player. However, I don't care if you're 10 nil down, you don't just walk back when you've lost the ball in midfield.

Noucmp99 - My comment wasn't aimed at you. A month ago everyone on here were calling for Ole to sign him. It makes me laugh how fickle some supporters are.

Fair enough, fella. I can honestly say I was not part of the clamour. I like to think I keep shtum if I don't know enough about something. No doubt some will say otherwise ðŸ˜.
