With 2 games remaining for us in the PL do we feel that OGS future is linked to where we finish or is it irrelivent?
For me I am happy with the progress that we have made under OGS with clearing some dead wood and bringing in some quality players in the right positions we needed them (whether this is OGS or someone else at the club) . We are playing a more attacking brand of football which pleases me and the players seem so much happier than they have for years.
So in this sense i am happy. However, the more I dig into our rise the more I worry about OGS in game management and his perceived struggles when it is not the first team that is played.
I try to be very level headed and don't get overly up or down with how things go but I do wonder whether our current progress should continue to evolve with OGS progression as it is or if a higher lever manager is what we need to take us to the next level.

Brad i think its clear that 70% on here want ole to stay from the latest poll.
Its flipped quote a lot since jan.
It would be folly to suggest that since bruno signed that there had not been improvement.
Im very confident we will finish in the top 4.
Ole will be here next year we just have to wait and see if he see does better next season.
He will get the chance to do so.

I have read nothing or heard nothing at all about sacking the manager .
Infact everything seems to be geared up for the future.
A few disagree but I will be very surprised if ole is sacked this summer.

Sorry i didn't see where you said if we don't get top 4.
However I think if we don't get cl either by league (which i think we will or by EL) he could be but possibly not, because of the results since xmas. There has been improvement since bruno signed he has made a huge difference.
So my opnion is that he won't be sacked this summer because like you and many others the board think he is doing enough. They may well decide he deserves more time.
But that's different to what i would like to see happen or what i think should happen.
If we do fail to get CL at this point he should be fired.
If we do get CL he will have merry minimum requirements results wise so should get more time.
Personally either way i'd thank him for doing a good job in turning the ship around setting it on a better course and restoring elements of the club's culture and i'd look to bring in a coach that can brings us on to the next level.
Im not arrogant enough to say ole won't do that for 100% but its my opinion that he won't based on what I've seen over the last 18 months. So that's the call i'd make if it was up to me.
The reason is because i think its in the best interests of the club.

I think regardless of the next couple of weeks ole won't get sacked .
It looks to me the club are build for next season with him as part of it .
We will see this summer.

I would not be surprised if he was fired because he failed to get cl. But i would also not be surprised if he failed to get cl and was retained because of the improvement since bruno signed in jan. The board may feel he can keep it up.
So if he fails it could go either way i wouldn't be shocked if he was retained or fired
If he gets top 4 he stays for sure imo. He will have met minimum requirements
I can't say with certainty that he will stay if we fail but like yourself i'm not sure that they will fire him.

Ole won't be sacked. I think that is nailed on unless he loses all his games in a humiliating fashion from here on in.
