Seen a lot on here about Ronaldo and the reaction etc.
Personally I'd be gutted if he ends up at city, which I fully expect to happen. Ronaldo was the first superstar I properly seen. My earliest memories as a United fan were the season he came in. So I got to see him develop from a skinny show pony into the best player in the world. Would I bring him back? In a heartbeat.
If he ends up at city, it would tarnish his legacy no doubt about. It's not the city than Schmeicael and Cole ended up at. I would be interested to see him in the premier league one last time, but it's a shame it won't be with us.
Good luck to him, it sucks but he owes us nothing.
