Admittedly against City I thought Mourinho was brave to play both Lingard and Mhyktaryan, but they do offer us pace down the wings. I think playing them both today would have been better.
Depay certainly should be given a run in the team. Young can run but can't cross, he's 31?and still so poor and ineffective.
Do we give Axel Tuazenbe, TFM more chances in defence; we've certainly got nothing to lose given our current plight.
Rashford is a breath of fresh air.
A formation of 4-1-3-2 would enable Ibra and Rashford to play upfront. A midfield trio of Mhkitaryan, Pogba and Herrera with Carrick/ Blind as the holding player.
In defence TFM, Bailly, Tuanzebe and Shaw with Dave the save in goal.
We'd certainly create more chances.

So the solution to our multi million pound players not delivering is to promote the youth? We have the players, for whatever reason they are not playing well. This is where the manager needs to get a grip and fix whatever the underlying issues are.
If Fellaini is the answer then we are in real trouble.

The problem theses days is virtually every manager overthinks things and worries too much about the opposition. Most of the time under Fergie it was 442 didn't do to bad with it did we.
