Unless we get royally spanked on sunday by a Championship side EtH has to be what we go with.
Guess Potter over other names like Southgate/ de Zerbi etc is available now and could theoretically be working behind the scenes already but with so many players signed in the Dutchman's vision surely we can't go for another complete reset.
It's been a dreadful season no doubt but a line should be drawn under it, with or without European football next season (preferably not, if it's the cruddy one Villa are in) and we see how we get on with one more window under ten Hag.
I really think failing to convince de Jong to join last season had a major impact on his plans. We ended up with Casemiro, who is a different kind of player, and Mount who may or may not be a useful player but seems to have no specific place in this team, at least while Bruno is in it. De Jong dictates play. As does Casemiro by slowing it down to crawling pace.
