If we end up selling Pogba and DeGea and a few others will the 200+ million received be included in the transfer kitty? We could have around 400 million to spend?

No way will Ole get to spend that amount. Besides spending money as if we have a bottomless pit is not going to help one bit unless we get all the well documented structural problems sorted first.
