I find his comments actually interesting and valid to some point when he says any coach coming in has to respect some of the DNA of the club.
Solgado said the same thing about the fat waiter the other night on Bein Sports and "if things don not improve in terms of Madrid's style of play even though they have already won their Cl group, lead the La Liga, Benitez will be gone by the end of the season as the fans, club hierarchy and players will not accept this style as a longterm direction.
Maybe those who interview the next manager should make it clear we are a club that attacks teams and must score a lot of goals and entertain the biggest fan base on earth. Whatever your philosophy is make sure those things are achieved and respected.

I like Schmeichel and although I think ex players are entitled to their opinion on the club and how we play I think he comes across as quite sincere and presents himself quite well, I know Scholes has said the same things as the big Dane but I think sometimes its not what you say its how you say it more than anything. I think that's why Scholes comments had more of a Resounding effect than maybe other ex Players.

What you have said about interviewing the next manager with our shall we say DNA in mind is a point I have repeatedly made. Woodward brought LVG in and it was not difficult to know what he offered so, Woodward, now two managers in, needs to get the next one right.

Completely agree with you. Whoever they hire i am sure they will get great nucleus of players to work with and the funds to bring in additional players so let them build a team that tears teams apart going forward.
we need to get that fear factor back. Hopefully we will see a better performance this weekend and piece mate :)
