Eds/Guys assuming we get to top 4 and LvG is retained as the coach and given funds to buy the players he wants.
Are you confident that he would have us playing attacking football that is good to watch?
I really don't want our club to go the 'manager-sacking' way but I sure as hell cannot tolerate another season of boring, slow and unnecessary possession based football.

The worrying thing for me is that Woody can't be seen to have made a bad appointment. LVG will get more time than anybody else, because of the mistake with Moyes and the necessity for him to succeed or his boss could also face the bullet.
I would love to know the inner politics, but I'm afraid LVG is not being judged as a typical manager would be and as such we are lumbered with him until it doesn't look like he is being sacked. How can Woody justify the mass expense and two years of epic disappointment? Sacking the manager will also seal his own fate, well it would if I owned the club!

Van Gaal is not a coach that players any other way than slow, boring possession based football. Our play may improve, but our style won't.
