It's been a number of seasons that you have been mentioning the toxic fans and apparently it is changing the long term planning at the club. I don't know if you have discussed it before, but I can't seem to find what I am looking for off the search button. If it would be possible for you to refer me to your explanation on the matter if previously posted?
Not trying to stir things up, I'm just curious. And do any other clubs suffer from toxic fans to such effects?

If I can recall, LVG was given a 3 year deal with the plan then for Max Allegri to come in. The united fans made their unhappiness known to the club that they decided to end LVG a year early and thus thwart the allegri plans.
Then we opted for Jose which was prob an error on both sides, the fans eventually had enough of this too and then turned to Ole temporary which many believed it should have stayed but perhaps again the club listening to fans made it permanent, time will tell on this one.
Tbf Ed002 did say before LVG was sacked to be careful what we wish for as it has since had a series of negative knock on effects leading a lot of fans to complain about the state we are in, ironically prob the same fans that ushered in the state we are in at present.
All we as fans can and should do now is support the clubs manager and players and let the rebuild actually take its course this time or we will forever be in a state of rebuild.
I admit, I for one have criticised and been impatient but patience now is key.

Nice summary Welsh. So basically, toxics had their way and this forced the long term plans to be derailed and now it is a mess.

Ed002 also mentioned that deals for certain players were lined up especially Saul Niguez.
Unfortunately the toxics scuppered everything.
