I was talking to a more mature united fan about waiting for some late deals hopefully being done before the window closed, at which point he slamed his his pint onto the table, gave an angry grimace and said simply, when SAF and kenyon were there, they got business done as soon as the window opened after identifying targets throughout the season and maybe putting out the 'feelers'to agents before the window opened 'allegedly', now bearing in mind woodward isn't jetting around the world every 5 minutes, why couldn't he show some cunning and follow a successful formula, seems the only manager who has followed that formula is klippety klopp, i'm hoping woodward pulls a rabbit out of the hat, if not, then you really blame jose for wodwards' posturing.
