Wanted to ask what people's thoughts are on a new striker next season.
We will definitley be looking at one, and names are being thrown around by the press. Particularly popular is Ibrahimovic and Icardi as well as Cavani, Higuain and Morata. Personally, I'd like to see a real predatory striker come in who guarantees you goals, has decent link up etc. I'd ideally have Ibrahimovic, but if that was to fail then I'd love to see Higuain come in - his finishing is superb and has a good goal return over his career.
I must say though, Morata really impressed me last night with his power and direct running. He could be very well suited to the BPL.

For me it's got to be Morata! He is ideally suited to and for the PL! Big, strong, power and pace?
And he has the skills aswell!

Fresh if we want to compete with the top clubs in Europe, we need the lewandowski the top players who can win you a game, we are one of the best clubs in Europe, look at Arsenal last nite they had chances but didn't take them that's where you need the best players to kill of the game, Ozil and Sanchez are fine players, but they couldn't compete against Barcelona, they couldn't kill off the game, if they were the best Madrid and Barcelona wouldn't have left them go,
We need the neymars, lewandowski, the top players,
We can't be happy to be like Arsenal who are just happy to finish in 4th every year, or winning a league cup or whatever, we have money and we need to get rid of a few more players and get in 4 or 5 top big players.

Why would Lewandowski leave a top club like bayern to come to us? We should probably keep it realistic.

A top club like Bayern to come to us, we are a top club mate, we need to turn things around and get in the top players, we should be competing with the Barcelonas, the bayerns, I don't understand this us business, we are in a bad way now, it needs to change and if Woodward doesn't get in top players this next window and a new manager, then he needs to go.

Think bayern are or was willing to let him go aswell. Agree with Leahy. Why wouldn't he be realistic, if we're going to get back to the top we should be aiming for these types of players.

Higuain or Ibra for me if we can't get the likes of Muller, Benzema or lewandowksi. If we get Ibra we will win the league.
