Hi all. Old poster here, who hasn't posted in a few years.

Really is painful to see how far this great club has fallen. It pains me no end. I could list a few reasons for the demise, but I am sure they have been listed already a thousand times over.

I honestly think the club should now prioritise hiring the Vatican's best exorcist, for it seems that anything the club touches, rots and decays faster than a potato blight. Thus, no amount of money spent on new players will change our current course into the abyss. ;0)

In all seriousness, I think I would do a better job than the current coaching staff. I mean, where was the logic in changing out CB partnership mid-way through the second half. Surely, 99.99999999999999999% of people would have put young at RB and Rojo at LB. I had to rewind it just to make sure I wasn't seeing things. That done for me.
Right now, if someone said to me that the only way to get rid of the owners and that dud, woodcock, was for the club to get relegated, I think I would seriously think about taking that offer.

Ole is a great Human being. A generally lovely guy. But he isn't cut out for this. It is sad seeing him being dragged through the mud like this, even if someone of the criticism is more than warranted.

I hope he walks away instead of suffering the ignominy of being given the sack.

My son and I were watching the match and shouting at the tele when the substitution was made. He moved young from left to right back. Tuanzebe from right CB to left back. McGuire from left CB to right CB, and just accommodate Franz Beckenpaur (Rojo) at left CB.
That decision on it's own, sums up the muddled state of all our coaching staff.
I really like Ole as a person, but he's not a United quality manager. Move him to another role and get rid of Phelan and Carrick as they are useless.

Hows Turin doing these days?

Hey Ken.

Good to see you are still around mate.

@ AAA

I couldn't believe he did that. Made no sense from a tactical standpoint.

@ Mort

He resides in some hall of guilt, last I heard. Poor fellow. He will never get over the whole Níniel thing.

;o)

Thank you, truered.

Yeah; it is heart breaking. I have kind of numbed to it now. Got sick of being depressed all week.
