Everyone knows ETH is done. But the new back room team hasn't been given a chance to formulate a long term strategy.
Crazy idea. How about giving Rangnik a year contract. He gets to come back and revenge cut all the players from the squad. The club gets a year to plan. Everyone's happy!

New footballing structure above he deserves a chance, won our first cup in 6 years got to 3 finals in 2 years
Yh he’s made errors himself but those players are the main issue
What’s another season we’ve had 10 years of dross takes more than 2 seasons
Give the man a chance pep would struggle with that back line we have had a shed load of injuries and certain players have dropped well off

Rangnick back isn't a runner. He turned down Bayern. Don't think it'd be a good idea to have another interim coach either. Better to keep ETH if that's the thought process.

I’d be happy to keep ETH for the last year of his contract. It’s better than singing the wrong manager now. But I think he’s done. I just can’t see the club keeping him given the finish to season.
Rangnik is obviously a joke post. But I don’t see any way ETH is still here by August.

We can't get the best we've single manager out there is a compromise on pep. That's not to say we can't compete and beat him but they're is no other manager close to him in my opinion at the moment.
His teams ooze class his teams win leagues and cups, score lots of goals and attack. Everybody seems to know what their role is and they are all technically proficient.
We need the next pep a lot more than we need the next keane stam or Scholes or frenki de jong.

Well would you want to come in and stake your reputation managing this group of players? With maybe 3-4 new ones? Unable to offload say Maguire or Casemiro/ Anthony/ etc if they don’t want to leave, so even less new players in (1-2), or having to settle for 4th/ 5th choice cheap options as the club doesn’t have the money due to players not leaving?

Bought defenders then spent money replacing those defenders
Not saying money is the way forward but we need to right signings to play in a way that the manager and the club want to play
There is a reason why the Ajax style has not been seen yet that ten hag had them playing. the players cannot play that way (the majority)
I hope they keep him and I hope he gets the chance and he turns it around, he deserves to with all the crap he’s had to put up with.
Hopefully the team show up against city and with some luck we get the job done.
