Any news about Eriksen. Haven't seen any. If we sign Ugarte and leave Colyer in the team, I don't see the need of him and he'll not want to sit on the bench either. Best he leaves for free I think.

He’s one to certainly clear out this summer. Like Casemiro, his legs are gone.

Eriksen is a model professional and a top pro, if he's happy to stay there will always be a place for players like that at United.

Unfortunately due to a lack of serious options in midfield we haven't seen the best of Eriksen as he's had to play much deeper than he normally has done in his career.

With Bruno, Mount and Amad all in the squad who probably also play their best football in the same position, that does make it difficult for him to get minutes in that position/ role.

If he wants to leave to play regularly, then I don't think the club should stand in his way. Especially given how his career and life was nearly tragically cut short. He deserves to play as much as he can in the remaining time he has left in his career.

However, he isn't a player I'd be pushing towards the exit door this summer.

Cant run and neither can Casemiro. Both should be sold and replaced by one signing who fits ETH style.

ETH is in his third season now and needs to hit the ground running both performance and results wise.

Eriksen is lightweight and gets bullied far too easily.

Casemiro has lostvhus legs and the fight.

Does everyone forget how good Casimiro was for his first season?

Banjoe……I don’t think anybody disputes how good he was in his first season. However, with combative midfielders, much like boxers, they can age overnight. Nothing wrong with his brain, but all the signs are there that his legs aren’t doing what his brain is telling them to do.

I haven’t got a problem with Eriksens attitude. Coming back from what he did has taken a lot of courage. But we aren’t a football rehabilitation centre, and while we love a nostalgic ‘against all odds’ story, the fact is he just isn’t good enough for where we want to be.
