Take it easy guys. If watching United is to stressful at the moment, you can always visit my island and climb the Pitons or take a bath at the Sulphur Springs. Take all that stress away. I know majority have already made their mind up in regards to ole, but until he quits (which he won't) or gets the boot, let's pray that he and the team gets better as the season progresses.

They could also go and 'support' a different team because some appear to struggle to understand the meaning of 'support'. Some appear to consider us to have a divine right to success because it's all that they've known and now have a sense of entitlement. Some even have United tattoos. woo. >.

No chance are you brushing away the frustration and anger us fans feel towards people who have taken our club and messed it right up, by saying we don't "support".
It's not a devine right, it's a fact that we're one of the biggest, richest, most successful clubs around, and the only reason we're not extremely competitive at all times is because someone or some group within the bowels of this company majorly screwed up. We don't have a right to win, but those running the club have a responsibility to remain competitive.
Saying that what you're seeing and have seen is OK, just show your support, is pathetic. We can only fall so far before we find ourselves in a position where it will take a miracle to climb back up. What we're seeing is negligence, and as fans we're expected to just suck it up and keep watching and spending. Screw that!
One thing that is worth considering though, is who or what do you actually support when you say you support man utd? It's clearly not simply the players, not just the manager, certainly not the owners, not the tea lady. It's Some weird combination of it all that we somehow identify with and have a strong emotional connection with and those running the club have a responsibility to ensure the entire collective that is man utd is continuously run to the highest standards and reaching its potential. And right now, they are failing, miserably, either through incompetence or because they don't care as long as the money comes in. A site like this is one of few avenues for sharing that frustration, so I'm going to take it, and anyone who thinks I don't understand the meaning of the word support can do one.

I've never said I'm happy with what I've seen and I'm seeing.
I don't consider I have a divine right to the correct opinion.
Nobody has actually said we have a divine right but reading through the lines of the posted tantrums and bilious comments it's easy to draw that conclusion from some posters.
What I do see is some spectacularly stupid knee jerk comments which I am perfectly entitled to ridicule. That's my opinion which could of course be wrong. Other opinions are available from independent outlets ;)
