I think Bellerin would be a great addition if he decided to leave Arsenal. 😆😆.

Be great if he learned how to defend.

And learn how to cross. I would take a punt though he has shown in the past he has the talent.

So he can’t defend and he can’t cross but we should take a punt on him? I think his stupid haircut disqualifies him 😄.

Barca and juve after bellerin, would anyone take a punt on ryan shawcross as a stop-gap for a couple of seasons until tuanzebe takes up the mantle?

Ryan shawcross no way. Smalling jones rojo tuanzebe lindeof blind and possibly lukaku are all better centre backs than ryan shawcross.

Good player, or rather player with good potential. He was amazing in his first 18 months at Arsenal, was one of the highest assisters in the league in his first season. Great going forward but required improvement on the defensive side of his game, acceptable though as he was only 18/ 19.

However, he has since lost confidence and with it his attacking flare, leaving a player who struggles defensively while not offering much going forward. The talents still there, he just needs a manager who can nurture him, rebuild his confidence and teach him how to defend properly. Unfortunately I don't think Mourinho is the man to nurture and rebuild the confidence of a young player. He could be a world beater, or he may never regain that confidence and swagger he had during his breakthrough season. Rashford is currently going through something similar, lost a bit of confidence, needs to re-find it and build on it.

I would steer clear of Shawcross, decent player but nothing special. Personally I think Tuanzebe is ready to be thrown in straight away, he will make the odd mistake but so do all of our current CB's.
In the games he has played for the first team he has been excellent, not once letting us down. Physically he looks ready, he has great reading of the game regularly covering for more experienced teammates and is talkative and organises well.

A resounding no to shawcross he is shocking. We have enough calamities in smalling and jones. We need quality not quantity. Bellerin on the other hand is young and has the talent to improve. Not many players are improving at Arsenal and if he moves on I think he will turn out to be a top player.
