Noticed Stoke manager and players bragging and telling Basel how to beat Man Utd when they only held us to a draw. Yes a draw for us feels like a defeat against Stoke. But well a draw is still better than a loss. If Stoke is so good why are they still a mid table team or lower year after year.

However I'd like to see how they will be when they come OT during the season and what they will say after the game. Then I'd hope that bragging player would shut his big mouth up.

Hughes has been bitter since he left. An Shaqiri flopped at a massive club.

Hate stoke - sh*t result.

The result wasn't the best, but wasn't the worst. One of the things that pissed me off most in the game was in the last few mins. One of there players pretends to be injured when we have the ball on the left wing. Ref stops the game, player gets up and walks off. Ref seems to stop the proper drop ball allowing their defender to smash the ball deep into our half. If I was united captain I'd have been in demanding a proper drop ball with the chance of getting the ball back where we had it initially. Really annoys me when players do that, including our own. Just get on with it. Rant over.

{Ed004's Note - Think that's why Martial was so annoyed}

Bren its a head wrecking situation that's developed over The last few years.
If i waa a head coach i would make a public statement and remind every opposing coach and every ref that we will not put the ball out for Any injury other than a head injury. We will play on and expect the same to be done to us.
That way everyone knows where they stand.
Its complete bs the injured player plays on after a rub of the sponge 99% of the time.
If the ref stops the game then that's his call but we won't be doing it for anybody.
Id like to see a rule change like rugby whereby the physio can enter the field of play on the 4th refs say so and treat a player while the games goes on. I think that would stop a lot of time wasting injury feigning cheating twats

Totally agree Ken. The cheats will always be cheats. Can you imagine if we'd done that to Stoke. Mr. Bitter Hughes would've gone ballistic.
