Is he talking about critics in the media Jred, I haven't seen the context mate?
If so it sounds like the pressure is getting to him. Ultimately when a manager isn't in a job you see them on football shows and writing columns, or books - it's keeping their hat in the ring, most don't need the money. I'm sure I have seen him giving his views when he didn't have a job as well.
Mourinho didn't have a playing career, yet he can manage - it would be wrong for some ex-player to say you need to have played to manage, which is the same thing he is saying if I understand the context and therefore is just plain wrong.
The Einsteins come from all walks of life so it's a bit too generic for my liking - sounds like something LVG would say.

to be honest i think it sums up the site pal.
i was reading a post on the other page and done a search shocking how many times cancer comes up in reference to players .
ed2 was right the spot is toxic.
it was a great site, i gave money to keep it going but ed left, a lot of the regulars have and there is a reason .

It's going to be a bit negative mate, the performances of the team and supposed stars (Rooney, Ibra, Pogba) leave a lot to be desired. Ultimately some people use too strong a word like "cancer", but they are just meaning that if Rooney was removed the team would function better, which I agree with overall but that wasn't the case against Feyenoord nor was it whenever he has been missing. We get the same performance with or without Rooney which baffles me, but it seems to be true.
What annoys me is people not caring about the Feyenoord game, it's a competition we are in and for some reason fans give us a pass on a shocking performance - if we had won 4-0 then there would have been a lot more hype about everything (fair weather fans drive me crazy) . The club will have objectives, doing well in Europe is a major one, the team put out was quality on paper as well.
Rooney is just getting bombarded at the minute mate and as you are one of his biggest fans it is going to annoy you. Just imagine how I felt when I was banging my head against the LVG brick wall for ages until it was accepted. Swings and roundabouts mate.

It isn't even about being a Rooney fan I'm a United fan I stick up for most our players, but I'm a football fan more and it's getting impossible to talk about footy . It's the same people slagging the same player game after game .
Regardless of the result, of how other players played or anything else.
Don't get me wrong you moan a lot but you have more than one crack in you ;)
People use the site for different things but it not really a banter site in the sense it use to be .

We all support united and want what's best, there are varying opinions, bound too be, let each to their own I say, agree to disagree, most on this have banter and talk bout footy and yeah talk bout Rooney etc, just the way it is.
