Wow, this is the most pitiful and embarrassing performance I've seen in a long long time. Being completely played off the park. Back in the day if we were behind against Arsenal we would fight to get back into it with everything we had. Today at 3 down, we're happy to pass the ball meekly around the midfield and hope for a break. No pace, no movement, no imagination. On the other side, Arsenal look like they can cut us open whenever they attack.
I know that the positivity patrol will be policing the site in force after the game to make sure none of us overreact. But I don't think anyone is under any real illusions that this squad is capable of winning the league.
The only other question is how poorly does Rooney actually have to play week-in-week-out before he gets dropped?

Yep nobody thinks we are good enough to win the league this season, most think 3rd at best, so got to expect some games where we lose. This is appalling, think we have got it totally wrong, thank god we are usually better than this. At least the rest of October is easier.

Danny - perfect summation mate. Depay keeps giving it away as usual, Darmian has gone backwards rapidly the past few games he has played. Maybe he is struggling to understand the philosophy? It's just shambolic everywhere, where is the heart and why are we playing keep ball between the defenders and keeper at 3-0 down? I feel for Martial and DDG.
You know Rooney is in trouble when Gary Neville is having a go, I don't think he has been allowed to say much until now. Hodgson making leading comments earlier in the week as well they are clearly preparing to drop the axe. It's hard to believe he is close to losing his England place to Danny Ings and James Vardy, he is lucky that Bournemouth lad got a bad injury the other day as well, what a farce!

Hard to understand any football man playing Rooney Mata Carrick and schweiny against the quickest team in the league. The above players along with blind(desperate) are playing their best positions. Feel a little sorry for young.

I rarely comment at half time but particularly against Arsenal you cannot concede midfield like we have. This is a game Schneiderlein should be playing in and we should be playing 3 centrally in midfield to keep control of the centre of midfield. Arsenal play quick passing through the middle and use their fullbacks and we have only two centrally both aged over 30 and we have been wide open. Young has not had any support from Depay, who I have to say along with Rooney does not deserve his place in the team. We have had too many players too far in front of the ball and played into Arsenals hands completely.
