Hypothetical question. Benzema for £40 million, or Kane for £50 million.
I think we will be interested in both, but which would you go for?

We got Wayne early so what's to say Kane wouldn't be just as good for the next ten years? I think Kane is better now than what Rooney was a his age.
Kane for me but would also be chuffed with the Benz!

kane has had one decent season nothing more imo .
i honestly don't think he has enough about his game to really push on.
as for comparisons with rooney , rooney was a far better player at 18 when we bought him than kane is at 21
and had by far more potential than kane.
50 mill for kane is insane imo he is mo where near that level

Kane - Benzema doesn't even shine with Bale & Ronaldo playing with him most of the time.
I like Benzema but we need a different type of striker.

Lol, are we really comparing the two. Kane has been good but will it not be beat to see how Wilson develops this year. We might see Wilson scoring the same amount of goals in two seasons .
In my opinion we have a really good young English striker in Wilson because of that we should go for an experienced striker such as Benzema.

Kane has one good season and people would pay £50m? I think he's ok and could become a good player but needs to show it over 2/3 years first

Think the thing with Benzema is he sacrifices himself for Ronaldo/bale in the team. Think he would be awesome as the focal point of attack

Kane will be overpriced and Levy won't let him go unless its vast sums; not sure on him needs to have a 2nd good season
Benzema would be a good option but again think he won't come-he turned down SAF previously
personally would like to see Lacazette think he would be an awesome signing
