For club as big as United we should invest in the kids, we should have some of the best prospects in the world planing for our academy and then progressing the first team, something is very wrong behind the scenes. This is nothing to do with Jose it's the entire club structure. How a club our size can only produce 1 or 2 players every few years is worrying.

Agreed but if we don't now address the situation then their no future, personally should of done this the day after Fergie retired.

I'm sorry, find me another team that produces 1 or 2 players every few years. If you actually bothered to watch our youth teams you'd know that we have some brilliant players, however them taking the next step is a whole different ball game. I think the 'Class of 92' may have spoiled your view on this matter.

How many of Chelsea's youth cup winning teams have made it to their first team? Madrid Barcelona and Bayern also have not had lots of Success.

We've got at least three in our squad each week, so not quite sure what the problem is? You're never going to have 11 starters produced by the club (with the exception of maybe Palace at home next week which Jose will rest everybody)

Ed and how many play consistently in the respective first teams not many. Interestingly I bet Utd have the most amount of players who have left the club but are playing in other teams.

And we (not just us) are taking players with massive potential and turning them into average Joe's. That's my problem with it all.

well i don't see why we cannot arrange an agreement with a team in the Championship or elsewhere. Not sure what the limit is.
