Well the dust has settled and I think considering that was probably our worst performance for a few months we still I feel did more than enough to earn the draw.
Pogba had a mare, it reminded me a bit of his first few games where he seemed to be trying to prove he was worth a world record fee. I think Zlatan has said his form picked up when he relaxed and stop trying to live up to the fee. I think yesterday he saw the big staged and tried to take on too much.
I thought the penalty was harsh, yes he got himself in an awful mess but his hand took the ball off his own head. He didn't gain an advantage if anything the ball hittimg his hand hindered him in clearing the ball. For me that was more ball to hand than handball. Although if it was at the other end I'd probably been calling for a penalty. Lol.
We were poor in the first half but then Mkhitaryan, Martial and Zlatan had really good chances.
Overall it was an entertaining game, lots of little battles going on with some moments of individual brilliance. I'm happy enough with a point, let's learn the lessons we need and move onward and upward.

I don't know about that Shappy, West Ham against 10 men was pretty shocking really - the fact we won papered over a lot of turgid displays of late. There have been a few recently that would push it close, especially when you factor in the competition.
Hopefully it doesn't mean we turn into a long ball team whenever we come across decent opposition, will be interesting to see how we play against the next 'rival'.
It was entertaining pre-game and all fans up for it, but the game was a bit of a damp squib for me, nothign too entertaining. Few chances here and there, bad football, no real leaders on display, players on the whole performing well less than they are capable of, (big players are meant to be for these games and ours went missing unfortunately) .

Hahaha I read your post shappy (not knowing it was urs) and thought it was a lovely post. (dude love your posts) and thought I'd say as much in the comments when I read beastie's comment which just made me laugh.
