its was reported in the paper last week that jose has told 9 players they can leave .
none of them players where in the squad that traveled at the weekend so does it look like them players could be on the move.

Looks likely. The other thing he said was that others may decide to leave between when the season starts and window shuts if they are not happy with his team selections in the first few weeks.
So if a couple more do come in I'd expect a couple of those that he did choose for the gala match to leave also.
I still think there will be shock / high profile departure as well as Bastian.

Am not sure if Jose is asking players to leave. I believe that he is focusing on challenging the PL title as well as ensuring enough fit players for the EL. He needs a big square this season and doubt he will ask anyone to leave unless they are really slow or no chance of playing in the dept with many options.
That said he still needs to give the younger ones a chance so if the seniors are just too below par I am sure he will not be merciful. He is being measured and watched closely so I am sure he won't let any player to screw up his plans and reputation. That's my feel.

Most of the 9 were youngsters who could maybe benefit from a loan.

i agree with that, rash may be the only youngster who gets a look in this year .
mensha might but i wouldn't be that surprised if he went out on loan .

He has said jose that is that tfm is staying put.
I think west ham would be a great loan for cbj with cresswell out for a month with Shaw blind and possibly darmian there as cover.
Adnan not good enough Never was imo
Wilson needs a successful loan to a good championship club. Interesting that Brighton have not yet come back in four him
Mcnair I like put unsure of his best position Burnley Celtic are both in four him
Keane may have had one injury too many sadly he ead a top prospect I suspect be will leave permanently.
Perrira I also like but can see him leaving on loan possibly abroad although Burnley under dyche would be a great loan destination imo
From the snr squad I can see Bastian fellaini rojo and possibly darmian moving permanently with pogba a rb and a cb still to come in.

TFM is the only one of that group that Jose mentioned was missing at the weekend, so I think he will stay, the others will leave, either for good or on loan.

Or rashford or lingard. I think you will find that on 2 occasions last season we named a squad without any homegrown players Tony which were the 1st time in many years
I don't see it as a negative on jose if we don't have the talent there its not his fault he is only in the door.
He has only brought 3 players in so far. One of those I'm sure was selected in order not to block rashford long term.
We have no academy cb ready so bailly was purchased. Adnan has failed and Wilson is behind ibra and rashford so what do you want? If he goes on loan and excels he can replace ibra next year and fight it out with rashford
No point playing academy players if they are not good enough either.

Tony I would probably agree with that. Unless Rashford hits the ground running and plays in such a way he is undroppable.
Truth is the youngsters coming through aren't cutting it at the moment and that is the real worry.

Maze in my opinion he was over hpyped and never that good to begin with.
Yes he has failed. He never nailed down a place.
He failed to do so at Dortmund
I'm not sure he wad every as good as he thought be was.
I think he could do well in Spain or France if He knuckles down. I ss I'd it here 3 years ago that I don't see what all the fuss is about.
Lvg did give plenty an opportunity for whatever the reason and adnan got some chances. But never took them.
