26 years is it since Liverpool last won the league, same as we went without, what odds on Liverpool winning the Prem next season, strange things happen like that.

They will be closer next season than they were this in pretty sure of that.
I see big improvement in Chelsea pool and city next season. If we get the right man at the helm and a couple of key signings particularly in defense we should improve significantly too spurs have a huge challenge as 2nd year challenges are more difficult. Same with Leicester.

Maze worst team ever to win prem. Did nothing before and nothing after. Flowers was inspired in goal and shearer wad on fire with former cb Chris Sutton backed up by the silky Mike newall . Ripley and Jason Wilcox on the wing were poor. Batty and Sherwood were ok in midfield. They had a prior patch for 6 months but were hugely over performing .
{Ed007's Note - I absolutely hated Blackburn and still do, apart from Sutton of course and Shay Given. Dalglish, Shearer, Colin Hendry, Graham The Sock, Sherwood, Nora Batty, the whole lot of them. A horrible club and then what did they do just to show how vile they are? They appoint Souness as manager who then filled the Blackburn team with a crowd of dirty cloggers from Rangers that he earned a few bob from.}
