Agree that was very nice to see.
But what i think he got last night was that he kept a consistent line up and played people in their favoured positions. For example mata in the middle, fellaini playing further forward and carrick as the only holding midfielder.
Also how good was it to have actual full backs playing in their positions lol.

I also thought maybe the pennys dropping, hopefully more to come same as last night, we played well.

Remember at what point the penny dropped last season and we had our best run of form under LVG, when the pressure was on and we had a difficult run and suddenly started playing some great football. Fingers crossed the same happens this year and this team could easily get up to the top 4.

GDS2 - which raises the point of why its taken us 7 months to start putting in both quality defensive and attacking performances in together in two seperate seasons.

Of course it does, and there is no saying the last 2 results will help us kick on, Sunday is going to be very difficult after all, there are still major issues and I am still of the opinion we will have a new manager come June, but seeing as we are not going to sack LVG, let's hope beyond all hope that we see the run we had last year.
With all the teams playing each other above us 5 wins in a row would see us in the mix. I am by no means saying we will win the title as I think we have dropped too many points, but it would be good to see us at least get up there and challenge.
