There's been some sniping on here lately. As someone who loves all of you I think everyone needs to stop being so sensitive. I often agree with what GDS writes and also what jred writes but the 2 of them go at it like ferrets in a sack. the same with some others; I think people write things with a particular tone in mind but others read it with a different tone, hence the escalating arguing. It's a banter site, let's have a laugh, share our views, agree when we can, disagree where we need to, but ultimately just have a bit of fun.
There used to be some pretty savage insults flying around and some very poor taste postings but we have moved on from that. If you can't laugh don't come on, life's too short to get upset with what someone you have never met thinks of your posts.
As I said, I like a lot of posters who don't seem to get on, I think it's all in the interpretation.

Totally agree AJH, I read this site every hour but sometimes hold back on replying due to the majority of arguments that are caused!
We all support United and we all want the best for our club, so let's agree to disagree and stop with the petty comments directed at each other.

I agree it should be friendly banter but not sure why you have picked out myself and jred, we can both handle ourselves on the banter front, nothing offensive has ever been said between the two of us as far as I'm aware. There is a difference between arguing your point and just general arguing, if we all agreed the site wouldn't be as fun, I'm already missing JMB's negative outlook on life!

Whoever disagreed with gds needs to chill out.
It is a banter site and no ones views are bible. We're on here cause we love United so let's keep that in mind and agree to disagree with a bit of grace!!
Beast and JMB are part of this family and though I don't agree with a lot of their views,I miss their posts.

Quality as ever Brendan. GDS, I wasn't singling you out per se, just highlighting that whilst I agree with most of what you and jred say, the 2 of you do cross swords a lot. I know neither of you have an issue with that, just trying to show that sometimes I don't see that much difference in opinions between people who are arguing. You have had a lot of stick on here and always remain constructive, I know you are a big boy (😬) and there are lots of others that disagree. It just feels like it's getting a bit boring with people looking to take offence.
