Transfers happen and players move but for me it would be a very bad look for Man United for Ronaldo to join city and do absolutely nothing.
Also I've read that cavani plans on playing for Uruguay during the international break regardless of when the premier league have announced which would mean another 2 weeks in quarantine meaning he could miss up to 8 games. and that's just with the September/ October Internationals.

Why we must be ready to welcome him back with open arms whenever he wants to come? For me is a big no to Ronaldo. I would do with a top midfielder.

If cavani refuses and ends up going we should just release him.
Its like we take 1 step forward and 10 steps back.
