The actual French federation for football has released a statement saying they've allowed Martial to go to Manchester, I didn't believe all this when it broke last night but that's as reliable as it comes in terms of a source.

The odd thing with this whole deal is he played the whole 90 minutes last night with them being down 3-0 even though the story broke before their kickoff against PSG. I would be very surprised if the deal is over 20 million and still puzzled by the whole thing.
