Jose Mourinho has admitted that Manchester United are a 'slow' team.
The Reds boss says he always adapts to the players he has in order to get the best out of their qualities.

Im with you ed its been a bit of a hard watch at timesthis season.
{Ed025's Note - jose will need time to make this team his own jred so maybe it will take 3 or 4 more windows before we can judge him properly, it will be interesting to see the calibre of player he brings in this summer and if it changes the style mate..

I think another CB with pace will definitely be required, so that we can play further up the pitch and allow our midfielders to push up as well.
It will be another interesting summer transfer window.

It's nice to hear him address something many of us have wondered about I. e. Playing style. Hopefully he has plans to add some more pacey players so that we can adapt our style over time, or even have different options depending on the game. At least he's not in denial about our lack of tempo, as some may have feared.

Yes no secret that we are terribly slow of course but a result of that means unlike City/ pool/ Chelsea we seem to have very few bodies in opposition box except at corners -noticed it most of the season, must be frustrating for a rashford/ martial and even Valencia that they beat a man then have to pass it back or hold it up an extra 30 seconds when the advantage is gone.
