A question to which I don't know the answer. If we won the europa league and finished 4th in the prem, who else would qualify for the CL? the europa league runners up or the team that finished 5th in the prem.

I don't think either gets the place, iirc additional spots are allowed only if either cl annd el winners have not finished in qualifying places for cl. If we finish 4th and win el England will not get additional spot unless leicester win too and as far as i now that spot is not passed on to runners up either,

I have just read the rules properly and you are wrong. 5th place in the league will not get in the CL unless they win the CL or EL, under no other circumstances can 5th get into the CL.
