Good win last night although I think if Sanchez hadn't gone so early the outcome could've been different.
My big concern at the minute is Sesko. I know he wasn't prolific in Germany but he's not showing any signs of getting a goal. Much like Hojlund last season.
Why is this system producing nothing for our strikers.

Agreed 2toms. Great win considering our start this year. It gives RA some more time.
I'm not looking at this as sudden turnaround. Its clear the advantage helped us as we managed to score 2 goals. Without the advantage, Chelsea were the better team.
Let's just hope it gives the players some confidence so we can pick up some results.

Harsh on Sesko. He had a great game, and shame he had to be subbed off for Casemiro’s stupidity.
Look at Firmino during his time at Liverpool -
Never the main goal threat, but the team played much better with him and scored more goals. Sesko will be that man for us.

I think the approached changed after the red card. United were more direct before it. They had to break down chelsea once they went down to 10. That ball into sesko and either mbeumo and cunha taking the knock down has been a tactic we’ve tried deploying in the first few games. Had Sanchez not fouled mbeumo, i think he would’ve scored.

Sesko needs more game time and better service. That's all as he is a very good player.

Coming to the epl is really difficult. He looks like a very good player. His touch is good, sound technically good in the air and makes good runs in and around the box. Off the ball his pressing is impressive.
He needs a run of games a slice of luck and for those around him to understand him and vice versa.
The 3 new forwards have not started a game together yet.
Sesko won't get the time and space he got in Germany and just like wirtz at Liverpool it will take time to adjust.
He was unfortunate yesterday tohave to come off he would have got chances if it had remained 11v10.

Sesko had a great game? That's a pretty low bar given how few touches he had. He looks off the pace right now, he clearly needs more game time.

Sesko was good given the context of the game and where he is in adapting to a new league.
His clever flick on to Mbeumo led to the Sanchez red card. Once Chelsea were down to 10 men they took two forwards off to bring in a keeper and a CB. Went to a back 5 with three defensive midfielders ahead of them. There was little to no space for the central striker at that point.
However, I'd have preferred Amorim to take of Amad rather than Sesko after Casemiro got sent off. Amad wasn't having much of an impact, while now back to parity in terms of bodies, Sesko offers the option to play it long. I actually think that it was losing that ability to do so which enabled Chelsea to push higher up and get back into the game in the second half. The way Sesko links with Mbeumo looks like it could become very important to us.

How ridiculous to say he had a good game it was something like 8 touches the stats for him were atrocious no better than Rasmus, hopefully Sesko gets better, but to say he had a good game, are we now Wolves for god sake and take anything!

I was watching Sesko off the ball, the amount of good runs he made without being spotted by his team mates was shocking.

Anotherupset the main criticism of Hojlund was that if he isn't scoring goals he isn't helping the team either. Ok Sesko hasn't scored yet, but he is involved and really is a handful for the centre backs. He wins some great knock ons and it gives us a direct option that wasn't there last year. Chin up fella.
