A shameful and embarrassing performance. Sadly not the first time with this manager. And it won’t be the last.

Sick to death of his awful 3 at the back system and general style of play.

Out played for large chunks of the game. And out worked for all of it.

And why oh why does he insist on substituting a centre back in every damn game!

We played 4 at the back 2nd half and we are missing pretty much all of our best players, what are you expecting?

I’m expecting effort.

This isn’t the first game under RA that we’ve seen this type of performance. And previous games like this, half the team wasn’t missing, look at the Everton and West Ham games as an example.

There was loads of effort, who didn’t try? They just weren’t good enough. We will lose to Leeds with this team out as well but it won’t be because they aren’t trying. The team that finished the game would get relegated, fortunately we will have players back soon.

Fallguy, you can't argue with GDS, he is too much pro amorim and will have an excuse for every performance.

The first half proved that Utd are far more comfortable playing with a back 4.

Hopefully Utd continue to play 4 at the back. Thye looked more fluid and entertaining.

Jesus should have beaten Villa and lost, were very lucky in the second half but got the three points. Heaven was excellent again, our keeper is quietly going about his business, he has been a great signing. Great to see Martinez back too. Must say the substitutions were very strange, but 3 points, clean sheet, more kids getting experience.

We seem to be winning or losing on fine margins.

We are improving but I’m a bit disappointed to see the back 4 in the bin.

When did it go in the bin? Did you see Dalot’s position for most of the game, he was playing high up on the right like Amad the game before, and Yoro moved across to make it a back 4 (badly as it turned out) . The system looks better, more fluid, hopefully the results start to come.

All talk about forwards in January, we are one of the highest scoring teams, it goals we are leaking is the issue. RA looks to be pushing and Zirkzee and Mainoo out too. We need a strong holding midfielder before we sign anyone else.

I think we spent too much on attackers in the summer, l would have left sesko until we got the Midfield sorted first. Big game today, big test, need a big performance.
