I just wonder where gyokeres is going. he seems ideal for arsenal at this moment in time but yet they have turned their attention to Sesko.
The optimist in me is telling me that gyokeres has already agreed to go somewhere else ?.

We have 2 vacant positions in the team imo in cm and gk. Striker we at least have some more options assuming mbeumo and cunha. But ideally get in a new striker and shift rasmus. Shift cas and get a cm. And shift onana get a keeper. Cb is an area of concern too I'd imagine. Maybe the loan market will turn someone up.
I've seen Douglas Luiz linked with a loan move I'd like that.

Would be a great start to the window if we could have those 3 in. then start getting some sales out the door ahead of the second phase of the window to target that midfielder we need.

I think CB is an area of concern too. But I think it's much more important that we look at GK, CM and ST.
Obviously outgoings is paramount as it leaves RA without that headache. He doesn't want to be going into a new pre season looking at Rash, Antony, Sancho, Garnacho. Although at least Antony seems to have some sort of work ethic and wouldn't cause any issues.
At CB, we have Yoro, De Ligt, Heaven, Maguire, Maz, Shaw and Martinez coming back. For me if we weren't to strengthen there, I wouldn't be going mad over it as the other areas should be of greater importance.
But yes outgoings need to get gone quick.

I would go for Mateta, with Cunha and Mbumbo that be a good front 3.
Just not convinced by Gyokores why is no one busting a gut to get him, people look then seem to back away and be fair before Amorim arrived who even considered him!

Ronaldo did OK as did bruno and Silva. there are very few guarantees with anyone. But for every did from Portugal you can make a success.

We would lose Mbeumo to ACON for a month at the end of the year, so I'm sure there'd be plenty of scope to see Bruno/ Mount/ Amad/ Zirkzee et al.
