We mystery have to see out the season roll up the sleeves and go again next year.
Its not the end of the world and the sky ain't falling in.
Hopefully Carrick can stay the ship and keep us in that European place. If not he will hand done his best i'm sure and we then put our faith in the new guy.
At this point I have no preferred candidate even in my own mind.
Tuchel was my hope from before amorim. I like his no nonsense approach and direct communication style and honesty. But we've seen that doesn't suit our dof and fickle dopey fans.

I don't know if I have any, the last 14 months have been so bad, it's a tough job for any manager, let alone an interim one to get right now.
I'd hope for a EL position (top 6). But the way in which the league has been going, we might be able to get a top 5 place.
We need someone that can reverse what has happened over the last year and a half and get us playing more enthusiastically and put a halt to all the shocking losses and draws we have had.

Actually, I am less optimistic now than anytime in the last 5 or 6 years. Amorim was the one, fletcher has proved the state of the squad and the players looked jaded. A disastrous decision, utterly incompetent.
