Keep him there Leahy. He's a great coach but he's overseeing this car crash and hasn't a clue how to fix it.

Klopp in.

Not one of us at the beginning of the season saw the wheels coming off as badly as they have.
They have had a lot of injuries but no more than most.
Mane left a hole that nunez and gakpo have not filled as of yet and salah has stopped scoring every week so it's all gone pear shaped.
Thiago fabhino Henderson Miller all look a big leggy and the young guys like elliot Jones and Bac all coming into a struggling team.
Klopp is beginning to not be the darling of the media and is no sniping a bit.
Can he turn it around and build a second team post mane salah vvd Henderson? That's what he needs to do and with clubs like ourselves and arsenal coming back and on an upward trajectory along with Newcastle also moving quickly in the right direction it won't be easy for klopp to get back to compete.
I'm not writing them off completely as a top 4 threat this season just yet.
I'd like to see a couple more nails hammered into the coffin before we can become complacent about them spurs or Chelsea.
We can only win our games and hope we can get over those 2 late goals v Palace and arsenal.
Leeds twice and Palace again are our next 3 league games we need to get 9 points against teams that are scraping for points.

Wheres Mighty Reds?

The hardest thing in football is refreshing a squad whilst staying competitive. Most managers fail at this because they're too loyal to the players that brought then success. Klopp is no different in this respect and it will cost him in the end.

As you said Ken, losing Mane was a huge loss. He popped up so many times with crucial goals that they just havnt replaced.

Of course Klopp could get this team back firing again but I don't think he has it in him to ditch the poor performers.

The reality is this current Liverpool side need a large rebuild, the question is whether Klopp is the man with the desire and drive to do that, as it will mean dismantling the team he built.

They have no competition at RB which means TAA cannot be dropped or rested.
VvD has looked a shadow of the player he was before Pickford snapped his knee in half. While the other options at CB either don't look good enough or can't stay fit enough.
The midfield needs a total rebuild. The players no longer have the legs to do the work Klopp's style of play demands. They need a bare minimum of two new midfielders, maybe three. Fabinho's decline is the shocking one as he isn't that old. However, he seems to have lost the hunger. If Klopp can reignite that in him then great, but he might just need a change of scenery to jolt him back into life.
They need to find the right replacements for Mane and Firmino, and they need to be using Salah selectively (although he doesn't seem as driven since he signed his big new deal) . They have signed Diaz, Jota, Nunez and Gakpo, and they do have talent, but a combination of injury and a lack of cohesion means they haven't yet gelled in the same way that Salah, Firmino and Mane did.
Personally I think when Mane left they lost a player who was willing to do the hard yards off the ball to help his teammates. Yet they replaced him with players like Diaz, Nunez and Gakpo who were all used to being the star player at their previous clubs. Where it was other players who did the off the ball work for them to benefit. Whereas now they are expected to do that work for Salah.

While they have a talented bunch of forward players what they seem to need is a selfless forward who'll make space for the others to excel.

They need to keep buying Left forwards and ignore the Midfield, it did us good the last decade.
