Video for Sir Onana's howlers

To be fair there were quite a number that were not goalkeeper errors, but then I think there were some others that didn't make the lowlight reel.
I'll be glad to see the back of him anyway.

Thanks…I’m trying to forget ?.

In one of his first games for us while on tour in the US, Onana gave Maguire a dressing down on the pitch. I knew then that I wasn’t going to like him, and sure enough, the very next game, he made his first of many many mistakes. Ironically, we’ve seen Maguire consoling Onana a couple of times since then, but those moments are somewhat rare, as Onana seldom seems to acknowledge the errors that he makes. In his mind, he is a top class keeper.
Good riddance.

First one should be investigated for match fixing. Terrible spill.

I agree some of these weren't errors. But it doesn't detract away from the scale of the ones that were.
Matic was right, he is one of our worst goalkeepers in history, getting him out of the changing room is a good decision. We don't need him influencing and passing on his bad habits to our new young keeper.

Say what you want about this summer's window for me the clear out we've done is better than anything ever before.
Onana
Eriksen
Evans
Lindelof
Rashford
Garnacho
Sancho
Hoijlund
Antony
Amass and collyer gone on good loans
We have moved 9 players on who weren't good enough potentially 10 if malacia can get a loan.

Look, I’m glad that he’s gone, but still annoyed that he refused a permanent move because he wouldn’t drop his wage demands.
Just our luck that it was the one thing he didn’t drop.

I'm sorry but I agree 100% with Gnev2.
I have watched the games lime everyone else and always believed he was fixing games. My family still argue to this day that one of the goals he could of saved by lifting his right peg 6 inches of the ground. If Stephen Lee can ve found match fixing for keeping 3 balls out of the pocket surely Onana was allegedly match fixing for his horrible attempt to look like he was doing his best.

I think we need to cool it on some of our players. From early days I didn't think Onana was the guy and I'm glad he's gone but I read about his life and he has done more than most of us ever will. He left home at 10 years old to try to provide for his family. He has come from poverty to play in a champios league final and play for United. I wish him well.

Spot on Banjoe. Onana did annoy me with some of the Lyon comments and this nonsense about looking for a salary bump at the start of this season after his performances last year was shocking. However the trend to want to treat players as either heroes or villains is far too prevalent. Most of the players we had in were not good enough but the primary blame is on the recruitment of those players rather than the players themselves. If, however, a player is not putting in the effort over a prolonged period then by all means it's fair to call it out. That aside (and even within that there are caveats) we should err on the side of supporting our players as much as possible. I say that without casting aspersions on anyone here. I'm as guilty of criticising as anyone.

Onana lost the plot sadly. Made some remarkable saves amongst those bloopers though which we’ve all forgotten. Some of his mistakes though were inexplicable.
