It will be very interesting to see where bruno plays most this season.
If he plays deeper then who plays deep alongside him.
Casimero has poor mobility and his know how is not making up for that.
Ugarte while energetic has been technically and positionally left wanting
Mainoo is not a no 6 imo he lacks defencive instincts and running power.
Not sure how we will manage this season to plug the clgaps in midfield. looking forward to seeing how the manager navigates it if we don't get someone new in.

I honestly think this is a bigger problem than any other position, we have no legs in midfield apart from ugarte who then is not great on the ball, we are so slow at progressing the ball forwards which is why we are struggling to create chances, it desperately needs addressing, amorim alluded to it yesterday as well.

I still believe we should have sold Bruno for £100m. Now we have to find a position for him. CM is weaker with him being one of the two in it. We bought two 10s so clearly he isn’t playing there.
I must admit the Connor Gallagher suggestion is not the worst, given our position. Watched him for AM a couple of times and he gets about with lots of energy. Given our position is the main point.

I think the problem with Gallagher redman is he is very similar to ugarte, not very good in possession.

Redman bruno did not want to go we can't force him.
We got no offer for him. Once he said no to them then no offer came in. You can't sell to a club that make no offer to buy.
I respect bruno for turning down the money to try and bring some success to the club which he obviously loves.
I've no idea what the plan for him is or where he will play.
It will be interesting to see where he plays and if its deep who his partner is.
Same with amad. Dalot is imo very poor and adds very little in attack and is a very poor defender at this level. Will amad play rwb?

He's clearly the player who has the most impact, but I'm not sure he works as one of the 2 CMs, and we know RA isn't going to change his approach.
