I have supported Utd for 60 years since my first match when I was 12. I can't get to matches anymore but I pay for Sky sport, BT sport and Amazon Prime so I get to see most matches live.
After today I am seriously questioning my self if I want to watch them anymore.

I can't stand watching us.

Can take losing but when we lose we get battered, its embarrasing.

Each week some of the players just get worse in attitude. if rashford or lingard are on the pitch I'm walking out. Both should never play for the club again, seriously embarrassing performance by 2 waste of spaces. Don't want to be at United simply f**k off.

Great goal from Sancho. Probably one of our best this season.
The lack of intelligent defending, as well as basic tracking throughout, for three of the goals was worrying, with many fan’s ‘best defender’ Lindelof having a stinker.
I don’t buy any of the constant stories and ‘according to reports’ that keep cropping up (Hassenhutl the latest. Well why not? ) but my own eyes tell me that after even over £1b and half a dozen managers since Fergie, we are in a worse position than ever. Arsenal will lose a few of their tougher games but even so. Wake up call received.

If we want to win the league then we need a squad comparable to those teams winning the league.

Seriously how many of our players would make City or Liverpool or even Chelsea's match day squad, let alone starting 11?

I'd say at this moment in time a combined 11 of United Vs City or Liverpool would result in 11 players from City or Liverpool and none from United.

We are playing like a mid-table side because we have a mid-table squad with maybe maybe one or two exceptions. Although not on current form.

We need 15 new players at least. Which if we are realistic is at bae minimum of 3 summer transfer windows and that's only if EVERY single signing is a success. Again if we are honest we are only in this mess because our success rate with signings is less than 10%.

I disagree. Our squad is not that bad. Two or three really good new players in defence and midfield added to a coach with a proper plan and who can instil a good work ethic and confidence will see this team reach its potential which is very high.

Salford, which coach can instill a work ethic in these players?

LvG couldn't, Jose couldn't, Ole couldn't, and now Ralf can't.

We have a bunch of lazy self-indulgent mentality weak players.

There response to being challenged is to give up and throw their toys out the pram.

We have players who look good on paper and for the 10 minutes a month they actually turn up on the pitch. The rest of the time they are dead weight.

We have some "potentially" good young players, but they are years away from putting in consistently high level performances.

We have no full backs who are anywhere near good enough.

We have one CB who is good enough.

We don't have a good enough midfielder in the squad.

Bruno, Sancho and Rashford if on form are good enough.

Four players is not a team, it's not even half a team.

To win a match, Manchester United, like any other football team, typically needs a combination of factors:

1. Team Strategy: A well-thought-out game plan, which includes tactics, formations, and strategies, tailored to the opponent they are facing.

2. Skillful Players: Skilled and in-form players who can perform effectively in their respective positions, including strikers who can score goals and defenders who can prevent the opponent from scoring.

3. Teamwork: Effective communication and teamwork among players to coordinate their movements, passing, and positioning on the field.

4. Defense: A strong defense to prevent the opponent from scoring goals. This includes solid goalkeeping and organized defending.

5. Midfield Control: Dominance in midfield to control possession, create scoring opportunities, and dictate the pace of the game.

6. Set Pieces: Being proficient in set pieces (corners, free-kicks) to capitalize on scoring opportunities.

7. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to the opponent's strategies during the game and make necessary changes.

8. Motivation: High morale and motivation among players can make a significant difference in their performance.

9. Supportive Fans: Support from the fans at the stadium can boost the team's morale and create a positive atmosphere.

10. Avoiding Mistakes: Minimizing errors, such as defensive lapses or missed chances, that can cost the team goals.

Ultimately, winning a match in football is a complex interplay of various factors, and success often depends on the specific circumstances and the quality of the opposition.
