First League double over the scousers for some time and was totally deserved.
Certainly some drama involved. Amad really going through a bad patch, needs to finish the season on the bench. Strange as he had a pretty decent Afcon, especially first few games when he was outstanding.
Think Sene can be forgiven his aberration given his performances all season, just DO NOT do it again! Of course it didn't ultimately matter as we won, I might not of been so forgiving had we not done so.
While Kobbie and Bruno are rightly getting the plaudits, I want to give a mention to Ayden Heaven, he has been excellent of late, to perform at today's level given the pressure and relevance of the game was impressive, and don't forget he is only 19.
Poor old Arsenal, they only got £1m for him, oh dear how sad!
Whether you think he should, or not, get the job, I cannot see any likelihood of MC not becoming permanent manager. They need to ensure this summer's incomings give him the best possible chance of success. It's also as important to ensure we move on the players that need to be gotten rid of.
I have to say I am optimistic as to the right players coming in and expect a gross spend of £300m this summer.

I agree. I would also mention Mbeumo, I think he played a big part in opening their defence with constant running and pressing.

Yes, Heaven, agree Mbeumo had his best game for some time. His poor form seemed to have started when he was moved to play centrally. Think he needs to be left to play his proper position, he certainly was playing well and effectively prior to being moved.

I would play Amad in every game remaining. We have secured CL, and he needs a run of games to feel some love. That, in turn, would hopefully carry forth into pre season and next year.
Just my opinion.
