Shappy has written an article entitled, Every Negative Player Needs To Leave Manchester United

Agree6 Disagree0

I agree with most of that shappy. Getting players out who are not wanted is crucial. The negativity and difficulty dealing with players who want don't want to try their best is draining on the squad i'd imagine. Good riddance to them.

Players with poor disciplin, poor output and poor effort despite being paid more than others brings negativity.
Rashford has been dropped on 3 separate occasions due to discipline issues. 2x eth 1 x RA publicly and then left out for a lot longer.
According to matic rashford was the 3rd most fined player for mobile phone offences when he was in charge of team fines for discipline offences. Lindelof was the worst offender for mobile phone offences according to matic which surprised me.
Id rather a player their a punch on the pitch than not turn up for training or not try when selected. That sort of indiscipline is imo a lot more tolerable.
Cantona and keane for example had discipline issues but often for reasons I could understand.
Nobody is a saint its impish to recognise that too.
I've seen it suggested on here that rashford has not brought negativity or has not had discipline issues that's simply not true according to the managers and team mates he had played with. Rashford and sancho are 2 peas in a pod the club is far better off without them and the negativity they create by their actions and non actions.
I like seeing all ex united players doing well at their new clubs particularly ones that have come through the academy so I hope they do well elsewhere.

I think they are both negative influences but perhaps for different reasons. Sancho seems to have an attitude problem, and an over inflated opinion of his ability. I think he will never have a great career and will flit from club to club. Rashford seems to have lost his way, his lack of effort, combined with his huge salary and apparent disregard for the rules is a shame for someone who was a great kid when he hit the team. They both need to go.

I think you amd i ajh were big rashford fans and supporters until he became a disruptive influence showing blatant disregard and dierespect to his bosses and colleagues.
The club must have standards like any business.
Only a complete idiot would suggest that Rashfird has had no discipline issues and to suggest otherwise is akin to being blind deaf or showing a bias that is undeniable. Eth called him out so did Amorim.
Just the end of a love story between united and rashford. A divorce was needed to allow both parties to start again afresh.
I genuinely hope it works out for both parties. It would be nice to see more English players settle abroad and do well. It would be good for the national team to get players in that play a more technical game than we see in the epl. Some don't have the head for it and struggle, maybe its the weather. or the language or the lack of Stella on tap who knows.

Yep, me and United Addict used to go at it over Rashford, I always defended him. He could have broken all the records here, but it's not to be.
