I’m super grateful for the work that all of the editors do to keep the lights on around here, but I also value the people who post here often, many of whom received bans over the past year or so after many years of mostly peaceful posting on the site. With that in mind, I think this decision is probably for the best.

That's a shame he was always good with banter and pretty fair for the most part.

But I understand as an Arsenal fan who thought they'd win the league last season why he doesn't feel he can show his face around here anymore ??

Seriously though the page will be poorer for him not being here. I prefer an Ed who isn't a fan of the club for the page they are editing. Adds variety and outside perspective.

Like others I won't miss him/ her. Often confrontational and occasionally quite rude without the ability to take it back resulting in a ban for somebody. Shame because it was unnecessary and he/ she could also be good fun. Oh well, we move on. All the best 14.

Even though Ed14 was spot on regarding Utd most of the time. He wasn’t when comparing to Arsenal and was way too emotional to be an Ed. Good luck and hope you stick around somewhere.

I found Ed14 rather rude and had a bad attitude if I'm honest. Also very arrogant towards our club. Pretty sure he called us a nothing club not so long ago.
