So Conte has thrown his name in the ring
Feels like Groundhog Day but what are people's views on this?
At Napoli he won the league whilst moving away from his trademark 3 at the back (which is what put me off originally).
Seems to be an excellent motivator before exploding - again this used to bother me but we don't keep managers for more than 2 years anyway atm so is this even a problem anymore?
(Note: I still want Carrick to succeed and think any manager would struggle with the full backs we have but would be interested by the overall consensus)

Conte is on another planet compared to Carrick. Conte would not allow slackers and makes teams run. Tactically astute.
Certainly would shake everything up. However to save you the wait, people will just say there is no one better than our Michael, so we must not be unfaithful even mentioning anyone else's name.
Bit torn on Conte, top manager but there will be strife whilst he drives change. Miles better than what we have. Intrigued by Hurzeler mind you and wonder if that is more the direction, a young vibrant coach. We had one but didn't stand behind him.

I'd snap him up in a flash.
No need question. He is better than better than anyone we've had since Ferguson, barring Mourinho.
In fact, he could have a similar impact that Mourinho had. Competing in the cup competitions at the least.
Currently, we're being knocked out in the early rounds with pathetic displays.
Getting some trophies, whether that's League cup and Europa, would be a boost for some of our younger squad.

Hes a serial winner, that's for sure, and he would certainly shake things up. It would be very entertaining but potentially short lived.
