Moving on from the City charges, we clearly need to upgrade the defence in the summer with signings.
In the meantime, this season, does anyone think there is anyone in the academy that is ready to step up and fill in for a few games.
I liked what i saw from Jaydan Kamason at right back in pre season and Kukonki has shown promise but probably has a harder pathway in the team at centre back considering we have Yoro and Heaven as backups.

Both of those I like DSG.
I think the ship has sailed for Amass and never rated him to be fair.
Would like to something. Of Leon and overy.

Im pretty sure overy has left the club.
Lean is a bit of a strange one. I've only seen snippets but he doesn't seem to be on the radar at all. There was talk of a loan but that didn't happen either.
Shaw getting a new deal is daft imo he has already had 2 contracts too many.
Even on reduced terms if he is not playing every week he is the type to lose fitness so not a great back up choice. Let him walk out the door and get himself a really good deal he'll get a lovely sign on and top wages if he stays fit it will be a good signing for someone.

We can't get rid of our best left back even if he is injury prone until we get at least one top replacement in.
