Kone medical expected over weekend, expect it to be announced early next week. Club will look to move thashford on next for Summerville, although not against keeping him if Carrick fancies him pre season.

His agent has said he would be open to the move, but Forest have offered new terms.

I've heard the opposite: United are absolutely not interested in Kone. It's difficult to know what is truth, what is clickbait, and what is deliberate misinformation from agents.
