If Carrick actually cared for the club like he states, he would walk and that would put the focus on those higher up not living to expectations.
Surely he can see he is not the right man?
It's not all his fault but you can't get the players to play for you. It's over.
To then hear him say he's looking forward to getting us ready for Tuesday.
Get us ready?! Been waiting us for to be ready since August.
Please for the sake of the club, leave.

He'll leave with a nice cheque mate, then he'll gladly leave.

Take the Amorim route?

He knows it too, he knows he ain't getting another job so might as well milk this one. sadly also think he's delusional, there's no way any sane person thinks he can magically fix this .Listen to him and it's not hard to see how we got here.

The Amorim route? He maintained his integrity.
At least he took another role to minimise the payout. Carrick ain't getting another job, not even at Tesco's. His payout will be 100% paid in full.
