100% Wilcox needs to be the first one out the door.
Then sadly Carrick needs to go, while the problems are far bigger than him, the current struggles have highlighted his limitations as a manager and I don't see him being able to get ahold of the dressing room.
Barrada it's harder to accertain what mistakes he has made, and whether they amount to enough to be relieved of his position.
For me personally, Wilcox needs to go before Carrick.

I agree wiyh almost everything you have said on your post, with the exception that both Wilcox and Carrick go together.
Berarda, is different, and is potentially been dragged into this mess when recruitment isn't necessarily down to him. He likely signs them off based on Wilcox's recommendations.
However, I could be wrong.

Barada paid to get a director of football out of Newcastle. Then sacked him because he disagreed with Wilcox and promoted Wilcox. Now Wilcox appears to be recommending the same manager he disagreed with first time round.
So there is that.
He also fired lots of pretty inexpensive employees and is upsetting lots of season ticket holder and gouging match day fans (same revenue from fewer games shows this).
But we have no view under the hood so to speak.

That was SJR, both Berrada and Ashworth started July 2024 at Utd.
